Our high-end modular office buildings are insulated and include heating/AC, electrical outlets, built-in lights, windows and more. We offer portable offices in two standard sizes, and we can set up in just about any location. Our mobile offices include:

• Door: 3′ walk-in door w/ deadbolt.
• Roof: 6” overhang on all sides without soffit.
• Interior: Insulated and paneled w/OSB + painted inside.
• Windows: Two 4′ x 4′ windows.
• Electric:  60-amp, 4 wire dedicated circuits that is 120/240 volts. (4) 20 amp wall outlets (interior), (2) cat6 wall jacks and (1) Heat/AC wall unit. Units designed for hardwire use only.
• Heat/AC: Heat: 11,200/9,200 BTU – Air: 12,000/11,500 BTU).
• Lighting: Two overhead florescent lights w/ inside switch. One outside light fixture with inside switch.

8×14 Office

• Size: 112 square feet (896 cubic feet). Building is 10′ 2″ tall with an inside ceiling height of 8′.
• Rental Rate: $325/mo + tax.
• Damage Deposit: $325
• Delivery Charge: *$250

*One time charge that pays for both delivery and pick up within 60 miles. Deliveries beyond 60 miles from our East Wenatchee location will have an increased cost.

• Size: 200 square feet (1600 cubic feet). Building is 10′ 9″ tall with an inside ceiling height of 8′.
• Rental Rate: $375/mo + tax.
